The California Air Resources Board (CARB) hosts a series of monthly evening community meetings on the third Tuesday of most months. The purpose of these meetings is to host focused discussions on CARB’s Clean Transportation Incentives Funding Plan Development Process, which explains how CARB will spend money on projects related to zero-emission vehicles (ZEV) and improving air quality. Although the Funding Plan is generally developed between May and November, CARB staff will continue to hold monthly evening community meetings outside of the Funding Plan development timeline to provide updates on incentive project implementation, other CARB initiatives, as well as to provide a forum for community members to express their thoughts, concerns, suggestions, and to ask relevant questions. During this month’s meeting, CARB staff will give a summary of four recent daytime workgroups focusing on developing the Funding Plan for Fiscal Year 2025-26.
