At this workgroup meeting, staff will provide updates on the Light Duty Vehicle Purchase Incentives for the FY 2025-26 Clean Transportation Incentives Funding Plan. Staff will also facilitate policy change discussions and provide an update on the long-term plan. This is the first of two workgroup meetings for the light duty vehicle purchase incentive projects which include: Driving Clean Assistance Program (DCAP) Statewide, Clean Cars 4 All (CC4A) Regional Programs, California E-Bike Incentive Project, Zero-Emission Assurance Project (ZAP), California Integrated Travel Project (Cal-ITP), and Access Clean California. Staff will also provide an overview on the Long-Term Strategy.
