This workgroup is the second in a series (the first of which was July 10) that focuses on updates on CARB’s Light-Duty Vehicle Purchase Incentives, which include: Driving Clean Assistance Program (DCAP) Statewide, Clean Cars 4 All (CC4A) Regional Programs, California E-Bike Incentive Project, Zero-Emission Assurance Project (ZAP), California Integrated Travel Project (Cal-ITP), and Access Clean California. During this workgroup, CARB staff will report out on feedback to date, propose policy changes for the Light-Duty Vehicle Purchase incentive projects in the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Funding Plan, and revisit the Long-Term Plan discussion. This workgroup will also give community members and stakeholders an opportunity to share their thoughts, concerns, and suggestions.
