| Description | The workshop provides an opportunity for the public to comment on the draft guidelines for REAP. The draft guidelines, which will be posted publically prior to the workshop, describe the proposed program structure, eligibility criteria for selecting projects for funding, solicitation procedures, project implementation requirements, project reporting, and statutory requirements. Information gathered from the workshop will be considered in developing final guidelines. |
