Description	The California Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) is hosting a workshop in Fresno to continue promoting awareness for their Community Solar Pilot Program. As part of the Low-Income Weatherization Program (LIWP), CSD intends to make up to $5 million available to fund community solar systems or networks of systems to benefit low-income households. The purpose of this second round of workshops is to: Review Draft Community Solar Program Guidelines and provisions of the draft Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) to gather additional comments and feedback; Foster partnerships for prospective bidding teams and identify technical assistance and other needs; Provide an update on relevant California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) proceedings
