The State of California’s Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) has posted final Low-Income Weatherization Program (LIWP) Program Guidelines and a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the FY 2017-18 Appropriation Procurement for the Community Solar Pilot Program. LIWP is a California Climate Investments program funded from the State of California’s Cap-and-Trade auction proceeds through the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund.
