| Description | The Department of Finance, in consultation with California Air Resources Board and the State agencies, is required to submit a three-year Investment Plan to the Legislature to guide the investments of Cap-and-Trade Auction Proceeds, referred to as California Climate Investments. These Investments help California achieve its greenhouse gas reduction goals, while realizing additional health, economic, and environmental benefits. |
