California Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) has released
a pre-solicitation draft of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Farmworker
Housing Component of the Low-Income Weatherization Program's (LIWP)
Single-Family Energy Efficiency and Solar Photovoltaics Program. The purpose of
this Draft RFP is to obtain public comment that will be used to help
finalize the solicitation. To ensure high quality solicitations that meet
program objectives and community needs, CSD is asking interested stakeholders,
subject matter experts, and community members to review the Draft RFP and
provide feedback on how to improve the RFP and/or related documents by 5:00 pm on Friday, January 11 2019 to liwp@csd.ca.gov. The Draft RFP and related materials can be accessed at www.csd.ca.gov/LIWP/Farmworker |
