California Energy Commission staff will conduct a public workshop to present the draft guidelines for the Low Carbon Fuel Production Program (LCFPP). Following the presentation, stakeholders will have the opportunity to provide comments on the draft guidelines. The draft guidelines describe the proposed program structure, eligibility categories for selecting projects for funding, solicitation procedures, project implementation requirements, project reporting, and statutory requirements. Information and recommendations gathered as a result of the workshop will be considered prior to issuing final guidelines.
