The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is pleased to invite you to participate in a public work group teleconference meeting on Clean Transportation Equity projects as part of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2019-20 Funding Plan for Clean Transportation Incentives.  Please note that this is in addition to a public workshop on the FY 2019-20 Funding Plan on June 13, 2019 (see additional details on the workshop below). 

 These projects include:

·  Financing Assistance for Lower-Income Consumers

·  Clean Cars 4 All (formally known as EFMP Plus-Up)

·  Clean Mobility Options for Disadvantaged Communities

·  Agricultural Worker Vanpools

·  Rural School Bus Pilot

·  Clean Mobility in Schools

·  Community Solutions for Clean Transportation Equity Pilot

·  Outreach, Community Transportation Needs Assessments, Technical Assistance and the One-Stop-Shop

The purpose of this meeting is to provide an overview of staff’s proposed long-term funding projections for each project for FYs 2019-20 through 2021-22, as require by Senate Bill 1275 (De Léon, Chapter 530, Statutes of 2014).  This meeting will also discuss each project’s proposed funding allocations for FY 2019-20 based on the Governor’s revised budget, which was released on May 9, 2019.  Following up on stakeholder feedback during previous work group meetings, staff will also discuss several potential policy changes to specific projects.
