FRIP 2022-23 Third-Party Administrator Solicitation
The California Air Resources Board (CARB is pleased to announce the opening of a competitive grant solicitation for a third-party administrator (3PA) Grantee to implement the F-gas Reduction Incentive Program (FRIP). FRIP’s goal is to promote the adoption of climate-friendly refrigerant technologies and reduce emissions of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), which are potent greenhouse gases. 3PA applications in response to this solicitation must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. (PDT), August 7, 2023 by email to FRIP@arb.ca.gov.
