The Innovative Clean Transit (ICT) guidance package provides tools and resources that transit agencies can use through the implementation of the ICT regulation. The main intent of the guidance package is to be used as a resource to help transit agencies understand the main requirements and exemptions available to ensure transit service is not adversely impacted. This guidance package is provided solely for informational purposes. It is the responsibility of the transit agencies to know the requirements of ICT regulation.
